Good to know

• Opening hours:
  Check-in: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  Check-out: before 10:00 AM
  Reception is open from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and reachable by phone until 10:00 PM (except in emergencies).
  For any information or booking requests, we are available by phone from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
  In case of late arrival, please inform us and/or contact us before 9:00 PM on your arrival day.
  Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Unfortunately, we do not have fully accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility due to the presence of stairs. However, one room is equipped with a bathroom that meets accessibility standards. Feel free to contact us for more information!
• We’re sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rooms.
• Eco-friendly approach:
  We are committed to an eco-friendly approach by limiting unnecessary washing and reducing our environmental footprint.
  Towels are changed on request once during the stay for weekly bookings (additional changes charged at €3 per towel).
  Bed linen is changed on request once during the stay for weekly bookings.
  Apartments are not cleaned during your stay. For weekly bookings, housekeeping is available once mid-stay upon request.
  End-of-stay cleaning is included (except for the kitchen area and bins). A €30 fee will apply if full cleaning is required by our team.
• Half board option:
  Includes breakfast and dinner, excluding drinks.
• Please note that the hotel will be closed from 5 October to 19 December 2025.
  From 27 September to 5 October 2025, the restaurant will not be open.
• Booking conditions:
  A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
  It must be paid 30 days before your arrival, unless otherwise agreed with the hotel.
• Cancellation policy:
  Cancellations must be made by email or phone.
  If you cancel:
  * More than 60 days before arrival: your deposit is refunded, minus a €40 administration fee.
  * 60 to 30 days before arrival: we retain the 30% deposit.
  * 30 to 21 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay is due.
  * 21 to 15 days before arrival: 75% of the total stay is due.
  * 14 days or less before arrival: 100% of the total stay is due.
