The Laitière Neige et Soleil d’Aime cooperative

The cooperative gathers more than 2 million liters of milk transformed into Beaufort. During the summer period, the cooperative’s activity is interrupted and the cooperative’s milk is delivered to pastoral groups bringing together the members and producing summer Beaufort. With regard to the Beaufort refining, the Neige et Soleil dairy cooperative in the Canton of Aime is associated with the Canton d’Aime refining cooperative which ensures all the refining of production. The visit with manufacturing is free from September 30 to June 15.
